Bellona is sick of battling her depraved twin brother Ares, so when the God-King offers them a temporary truce, she takes it.

All she has to do is conquer a backwater kingdom and command their troops to march on Ares. Maybe that extra boost will be enough to finally send his ass to eternal punishment and give her people some peace they haven’t known in centuries.

But when Bellona arrives to take ownership of the new kingdom, Tyr isn’t happy. His attempts to make peace between humans and newly-created gods (like him) have left him all but an outcast, but that doesn’t mean he wants a foreign occupation.

Will the violent attraction between two deities of war--one a fierce ancient goddess and the other a new tattooed god--be enough to overcome their insurmountable walls?
